What's your return policy?

You can return or exchange any tee if it does not fit correctly or if you have changed your mind :) Sadly we cannot except returns if the product has been stained nor damaged. Please email me at to arrange this and I can give you our return address and the next steps. Please always remember to put a note inside of your parcel with your order number, name and what you'd like, return/exchange etc <3 

How long do I have to wait for my order?

If you are based in the UK and you choose standard shipping you should receive your order within a week, it should arrive roughly 3 days after you get an email saying your order has been shipped, unless you choose express delivery. If you choose express delivery you should receive your order the day after you get your shipping email. 

If you have ordered from outside of the UK, your order will be tracked and you should be able to keep track of your order online via the tracking number provided. If your order hasn't moved for a couple of days and you are concerned it's most likely moving through the airport sorting system and tracking will resume when it is out the other end. Please note, the further away you live the longer your order will take to get to you. For example my Australian, Canadian and American orders will take at least two weeks to arrive but my European orders will take more like 7-10 days. 

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived? 

If you are based in the UK and you haven't had any updates or deliveries in over a week please contact me. I should be able to track your parcel and let you know where it is and if it has got lost in the postal system. If this happens I can arrange a replacement or refund :) 

If you are based overseas and haven't received your order and it's been over two weeks, please don't hesitate to contact me and I can try and track it down for you. Sometimes if you aren't in when they try and deliver your parcel they might hold it at a post office to be collected. 

I've received the wrong thing, what should I do?

We are a very small team of two so sometimes we do make mistakes packing up your orders! If this does happen please contact us straight away, we will send out the correct item for you and organise a shipping label for the wrong item to be returned :) We are really sorry if this does happen! 

My item has been damaged in transit, what should I do?

Sometimes things do get damaged in transit, sadly it is out of our control but we will do everything we can to fix it if this does happen! Please provide us with evidence in an email and we can go from there :)

Why haven't I received a confirmation email?

The confirmation emails are sent out automatically when you checkout. You will be asked to provide either a email address or phone number. Your confirmation will go to one of these. Please remember to check your spam folder in your emails. If you have done all of this and still have not received a confirmation please email me and I can resend it. If you have accidentally put in your details incorrectly I can check this on my end and fix it for you :)

What does order fulfilled mean? 

If your order has been 'fulfilled' it just means it has been packed up and sent and is on its way to you. It doesn't necessarily mean that it should have arrived with you yet. 

I would like a custom design, is that possible?

I use a small suppliers in the UK to print my products, they have a minimum order of 25pcs per design so unless you are ordering in bulk for merchandise or wholesale I'm afraid I cannot design you a custom product. If you are interested working with me on some merchandise please send me an email :)

All orders are sent via Royal mail.

Standard UK shipping will usually take a little less than a week. Express Delivery will take 1-3 days. European Orders take roughly 7-10 days and orders outside of the Europe, USA, Australia etc usually take at least two weeks. You will be provided a tracking number if you are an overseas customer :)
